I have the ulterra 80lb when I power up the motor my remote does not show any icons it also won't work with the foot pedal.can turn power off to the motor remote shows all icons. seems the trolling motor is not recognizing the remote or the foot pedal

Press the learn key on the head unit and keep pressing a button on your remote. That should program it properly. Also make sure you press the "mode" button on the foot pedal to activate it once the motor is powered on

thanks for the response javelin I have done both of those suggestions and it still won,t work.the mode light on the foot pedal lights up.
