Just finished installing a helix 5. I turned it on out of water and the screen is not charting. I can hear the transducer clicking, but the screen will not scroll to the left. Does it not chart out of water?

You will not see any sonar unless you are in the water. If you are talking about mapping make sure you are not in the garage.
You can go into simulation and make some adjustments and play with settings there.

Okay great!! Thanks for such a fast reply. The diagnostic said every thing passed so I figured maybe it was because I wasnt in water. Thanks again!
