Was on the lake today when the screen goes green and flashes 1.7 ft deep when we were in 32ft of water everything else worked tried reset no luck anyone have any ideas what I can do???

Did you do the 'RESET FISHING MODE'. Was the sonar screen only screen not looking right, or is it every screen.

It�s only the sonar it works then it goes green and brown and flashes 1.7 I called tech help could barely understand him and he had me go though initiation settings he said that would do it - it didn�t haven�t done the reset fishing mode. Today I did a hard reset and it works then goes out mainly when I got to another location then after a few minutes it comes back on

Make sure all your pwr and neg wire connections are good...Maybe even redoing them. Since you stated, it happens when you move to different location. Also this at the bow or at the console?
