 Need help taking off side panel yamaha cruiser

Last bolt that I can see on 2015 yamaha vx cruiser waverunner so i can access upper deck to put on my 7 inch lowrance fishfinder. Does this bolt go directly into a bolt holder on the inside body? Can i just unbolt this? Anybody please help. Dealer charges 100 hr. Thanks don’t know how to attach pic but can send one. All plastic is off except last piece
