I recently fished a tournament on Sam Rayburn and lost first place due to a dead fish. I know that sometimes there is nothing more you can do to keep one alive, but I want to maximize my livewell systems. I know about cooling the water temps down. I am looking for more of a product suggestion. I am looking into the Oxygenator by TH marine and also the vents for the lids of the livewells. What GPH would yall recommend for an Aerator/Live well pump? Any other product suggestions? Thanks for all the comments.

What up, Jimmy! Don't forget to get an additive for the livewell like Catch and Release. Also you can add Hydrogen Peroxide to the livewell. Use 1/2 cup of peroxide per 15 gallons of water and use frozen water bottle like you mentioned the other day. Shoot for 70-75 degrees on your water temp. A cheap laser thermometer from Harbor Freight will give you an instant reading on the surface temp.
