 MG xi5 wiring help

I need help with the wiring from Motorguide xi5 80lb 24v to the plug. The MG I am replacing is an older troll motor with a 12v/24v switch on the foot peddle. The female plug in bow has 4 wires, 2 red & 2 black which make up 24v. The problem is the xi5 only has 2 wires, 1 red & 1 black. How do I run these in the male end of the plug?

Google it is the simplest answer. Your going to need the schematic drawing to understand.
