Auto parts store has clamps that will work for you. Just tell them you need claps for trailer wiring.

Just ask for trailer wire clips. They will slide onto the lip of the channel and have a retainer to hold the wires. Easy install.

Plumbers putty works in a pinch if the clips need to be ordered
