I have a GUEST 8 amp 2 bank charger on my bass tracker that seems to have but the dust. The LED's on it are very dim as they used to be bright, and it's no longer charging the batteries fully. I'm looking to replace it and could use some recs. I've looked at Cabela's Pro Angler series chargers and they all seem to have great reviews compared to Bass Pro's XPS chargers

I have only had one MinnKota and zero problems in probably 6 years.

I would recommend staying away from any of the store brand chargers and stick with the majors, Guest, now owned by Marinco, ProMariner, MinnKota, to name a few. The store brand stuff is cheap Chinese knockoff stuff that the big box stores sell for top dollar. Shop on line, buy cheaper, no sales tax if you buy out of state, and look for free shipping. There are good prices out there on name brand items.

and it's no longer charging the batteries fully That is unlikely. More likely that your batteries are getting fully charged, yet lately have noticeably less capacity and they soon again become discharged........No fault of the charger and a new charger is not going to fix a battery nearing its end of life. When the batteries are charged, disconnect, wait 24 hours and measure their voltage to see if they are fully charged or not.

I have replaced several onboard chargers in the past ten years and have a bad bank on the one I'm currently using which is the second one for this boat. When another bank goes south I'm going back to one charger per battery. It's more of a hassle but far cheaper in the long run.

+1 They are my favorite thus far. Minn Kotas at a very close second. Have not been a fan of Guest.

I have had the large Minn Kota on my last 4 boats and have loved them without any problems.

I am very happy with the Noco Genius chargers as well. A 2-bank model in my boat and little one I use for the ATV battery. They have gotten much more expensive in the last couple years as the name has gotten more popular. I guess demand will do that.
