I was fortunate enough to have been given a Lowrance Elite-4X. The gentleman also gave me a cable that connects to the transducer, and also looks like it could be a power cable. Here are some pictures of the unit and the cable I was given. Do I need to get another cord, or is this the only cable I need for this unit? This cord looks to plug in on the right port. The thicker cable runs to the transducer. The skinnier one looks to have a black and red wire inside of it. This is the one I think is the power cable. It's hard to see it I know.

Yes, that is a Uni-plug that Lowrance uses for the less expensive units. Power is the smaller wire with red and black conductors. Red=positive 12V Black=negative 12V
Go to the Lowrance website and download the manual for that unit.

Thank you Wayne! I was pretty sure that's what it was. Now I just have to figure out what kind of battery to run it with.
