Looking to replace my old Motor Guide Brute 45# trolling motor. I was curious if anyone had the X3 and what they thought about it.

I've sold several and the feedback has all been good. It's made in both the 5 speed and the digital.

I've has the 70# since December. Love it, no problems. I will caution you that it's a big upgrade in power. I had 99 motor guide 12volt 45# or 55# and since the upgrade 1st speed is fast and tends to jerk the boat hard. My boat is light. 17 ft aluminum sea ark zx180
