It is very light and is what I consider to be moderately fast. It loads well and casts well. I just like my TiCrX's. It is a package deal and comes with a Redington RS2 9/10 is loaded with backing and an 8wf floating line. I will ship within the USA contingent with your location or meet within a reasonable distance of Port Aransas. Cash or PayPal accepted.
