Well changed base camp today and about the sixth cast bang. I knew it wasn't a sandbass by the speed that it took off. Knew it was a striper for sure slicing through the water on top. Was a great fight on the four and about the size of a standard Sabine sandbass with a bobble head. Looked like it had broken it's back as a juvenile but wasn't suffering. I wish I would have taken a pic of the gut it as about to pop lol. Caught a ton of sandbass as well but a little smaller than they have been as of late. Bonofly caught a nice striper as well at the end of the day he may be along with the pic as its on his phone. They really shut off when they stopped it was fish almost every cast to nothing. No complaints here stunning view and lots of fish wonderful day in the outdoors! Not a shabby day seeing as how chilly it was this morning.

That fish had a parent that forgot which bed to go to!
Have fun with that statement!

I was actually shocked Capt. It was a real burner no trouble swimming at all. I knew it was a striper in the first 5 seconds of the fight.
