Right now you need to go way back up the lakes water intake. Need to find the coolest water possible. I was just talkin about squaw with hook line and j-moe two days ago. Your best bet is wait for the full moon in January and after that look for the nastiest coldest most icy days durring winter. That is when squaw Creek really shines. That Lake probably has more 4-5 pound bass than any other lake in Texas. Also a good chance of catching some big tilapia. The Channel cat are also extremely thick in there. Good luck but I would suggest waiting till winter. You catch the right day during the summer and get up the creek when they are pumping cool water in it can be lights out during the summer but I would plan on every other person fishing the lake being fairly close. When it gets cold you need to be setting at the computer to reserve a spot at midnight a lot of times the 100 boats fill fast.
