Just got a used fish n dive. I need to repair all of the things to hooks stuff on. I heard that I need to remove everything then fill it with silicone then drill the new bolts back in. Also there is a lot of paint that I want to remove. Is there a good solvent for that? The last thing is there are a few rough scratches. I would like to patch those scratches just in case. The kayak dose not leak but I would like to patch it up. Please help me out with some tips. Thank you.
