I am in northern Michigan for work missed the carp by a few weeks try to catch some steelhead and fail at that, I will be back for 2 weeks in June so I imagine carp will be in the bay's by then.

I've read some articals and seen some videos on carp fishing the flats of Lake Michigan. Looks awesom - I'm envious.

up that way - just a little early I am going back and will up in traverse city and surronding area's June 5-10th so hopefully water will have warmed up by there. this was taken a week or so ago and there was still ice piled up in petoski bay.
