I saw a post about repairing broken rods a few days ago. Well, I just so happened to break the tip of my rod today. Unfortunately, I can't find the distinct piece for sale online/in stores. Any suggestions on what I should do?

You can fix a broken rod. Check out the thread on fly rod repair, it's bumped down to page 2 right now. If you have some questions, just ask.
