I'm headed down to Port O'Connor tomorrow and was wondering if anyone knew of any fly fishing shops in that area. It's fine if its more of a traditional tackle shop that happens sell good flies. I'd actually like to pick up a good spin caster for my wife and some artificial for her. We will be targeting Redfish from kayaks. I'm also going to pass through San Antonio if there are better options there. Thanks a million for any advice!

There is a BassPro on IH10 just just a few miles NNW of 410 in San Antonio , it has a great Flyshop section . Been there once couple years ago . Really nice .

It's a little far but there is Swan Point Landing in Rockport. If you are heading down I-35 to San Antonio I would stop by Living Waters Fly Fishing in Round Rock and ask Chris for his recommendations, they don't have a vast selection of salt water flies but Chris will point you to the right ones. It's just a stone's throw from I-35 and you'll be probably be stuck in traffic there anyway.
