I bet that gator would put up a good fight on a 10 wt with a steel leader and a giant bullfrog fly that's your problem when you get him in the boat though

I was fishing down at the coast in Georgia once and a gator ate my bobber, but not the shrimp below it. I don't think he knew what was going on, because I dragged him 20 yards towards me (I was standing on a bridge) before the gator gave up and let go.
