Had a day off so went looking for tarpon yesterday afternoon and they were thick. Trolled coon pops around schools of bait and went 1 for 4. Fished in about 15' of water. Made a short clip so check it out. https://splice.gopro.com/v?id=G6rjPwW6b

In 15 ft, if the water is clear enough, should be able to get them to hit a fly...ever try that?

I prefer to to troll but they definitely can be caught on the fly if that's what you prefer. Saw several jumped and one caught by a fly fisherman yesterday.

Seen one that would have been at least 5-6 feet long on the surf at PINS that was bit in half by a shark! Absolute monster
