Never been, may head up there sunday. Can you run the lake OK? probably fish main lake mostly

Very easy. I always use Wise County Park(look on Google Maps satellite view). It's on the upper lake with easy access to Big Creek and the Trinity River which are the biggest tributaries into the lake. Also plenty of water to fish in this area with good variety and plenty of depth without having to venture into main open lake if its windy. The entire lake including up into the rivers is easy. Just use common sense like wide around points....
