I have a few neglected cast nets that I would like to salvage.
What methods are used to soften them back? Line conditioner?
Don't worry about the mule, just load the cart

Just fill a pail with water that will hold the net submerged. Add a couple of tablespoonfuls of fabric softener. Soak net for an hour. Rinse and hang the net so the weights are suspended.
You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free
