Has anyone fished the ponds in the Village of Woodland Springs Fort worth/keller area? It's off 377 and Golden Triangle Blvd. I am meeting up with a buddy tomorrow to fish this area.

Is there anything good in the ponds?

I used to live there and fished them a lot. Some of the ponds are good others not. Several problems...people keeping fish and not releasing, water turkeys, snapping turtles. There is also a competition issue with crappie and bass. They stocked them with both crappie and bass and also catfish. There are some good bass, I've seen some over 24" easily but never caught one. Most of the bass I've caught were 16" more or less (mostly less). The best ponds for me were the ones at Park Vista and Bellis. Good luck
