From GV web site:
Due to Boat Ramp and Lake Parks closures resulting from Grapevine Lake flooding in May and November 2015, all 2015 Annual Passes will be honored through March 2016 before the change over to the new year-to-date system.
Not that this will do us any good since the lake is still nearly 17ft over.
