WILL BE HELPING A HIGH SCHOOL TEAM TOMORROW IN TOURNAMENT,anyone got help for these young fishermen or recommendations,what about swimbaits this time of year??, & what color choices!! forgot one more locations always helps!! thanks...

They are going to need a LOT of help. I signed up for volunteer helping on HS tournaments but never heard from anyone.
If anyone would have asked, I would have strongly advised to re-schedule. The river is flooding, the lake is muddy and many (most?) of the good stripers have been washed through the dam from all the flooding this year.
They may find some fishable water for LMB in the upper reaches, but other than that the pickings are going to be very slim...and the forecast is calling for more rain Saturday.
I absolutely would re-schedule, if possible.

my grandson fished Aggie Anglers had big bass and less than two# out of Hvy Strig Sat week ago.All cameout of Kickapoo Cr around bridge on crawfish mudbud.Other good stringers came from same creek.Good LUCK BOYS, Yall also need to check out the highschool division at the Texas State Bass Tourny last full weekend in April for the $2000 scholarship.
