Are there party boats that don't charge people a fortune to get on the water? On the west and east coast, I can get on the water for $25-$30. I think people would make a fortune with bigger boats and cheaper rates for people that don't need guides and just want to be on the water. Just mr 2 cents.

Check with Dusty Dooley & Capt on the Catfishing section. I think Dusty also does sandbass trips in the summer. I think they are around $60/person maxing out at 6 guests on a pontoon boat.

If you want to stay in the $25 - $30 range, there is Galveston Party Boats and Williams Party Boats in Galveston Bay.
