I fished that place heavily about 10 years ago. Most of the fish I caught were3 to 5 lbs. I started back fishing there again last September and go about once a month. I have yet to catch a bass over 12”. Am I doing something wrong or has that fishery crashed and burned in the last 10 years?

Very beautiful lakes. I have not fished them; but have studied them some. I would love to hook up with an association member and give them a try. Website says the lakes were restocked 3 years ago. The fishing should be good. Just imagine the hot Summer weather has slowed the catching down. All lakes have many species of other game fish which is not good for a health Bass spawn each year. I expect it will pick back up this fall if they have allowed any shoreline cover like grass to grow, which is doubtful.
