I've called a handful of places around there, and they are either full or the door is not high enough to clear my T Top. The top of my T top sits aBout 10 ft 4 inches high. Prefer dry storage but open to a boat slip if it's really cheap. Thanks.

Try Sunset Resort and Storage . They have a secured storage buildings and covered storage bays. Off of 429 and 751. We keep our tournament trailer there.
Gated entry and lite up good
