He was out walking with his dog and came up missing, they have found his dog but not him. If you know anyone that might be able to help there is contact info in the web page. Thanks!

Originally, I was hoping to find members in the area of Alvin, TX that were willing to aid in the water search, but we belive he is traveling.
He started off on foot, but could be using any mode available by now.
He went missing August 30th. He has a heart of gold and a perpetual smile.
He is likely to be in a manic state.
