Buy my Buffs from Academy and they will save you from grief with the dermatologist several years down the road.
They aren't cheap, the real ones that is that have the UV protection, but worth it in the long run.
I've got about four because I constantly misplace them, so I keep one in the truck and one in my kayak so when I need it, it's there.
You pick up glare off the water so even shading your head with a hat you can still get sun burned. Use sunscreen as well! Skin cancer is no joke!

Go to safishing.com. They have package deals. I got 5 for $20 including shipping. Also, they have really cool designs.

aliens wear them

MERCY - not receiving what you deserve
GRACE - receiving what you don't deserve
America's MESS = God's miracle fixes
I'd rather walk with God with no questions answered than to walk thru life without Him and know the answers

I've tried many brands, and they all serve their purpose, but the Gillz are definitely my favorites for comfort and breathability.

I wear mine all the time. I occasionally will dip it in cold water then put it back on. Keeps my neck cool.

Also, remember that Buffs and all have a limited life as you wash and dry them. They get thinner and threadbare, thus losing their SPF factor slowly over time. Translation - you have to replace them every so often.
