Hi there. I've bought these from Sam's for $80 each. I've always been using Interstate batteries but my budget got smaller over the years. These have one year warranty and just curios how well will these hold up for my trolling motor. Anyone here has used this Energizer battery before? If so how well did it performed for you? I'll find out since I've already bought it.

I never let my daughter talk to a guy spending his day standing in a WalMart/Sams Battery Return line.

They offered the warranty, why not take advantage of it.

LOL, intentionally destroying the product to get another new one under warranty is probably not what the company had in mind when they put a 1 year warranty on it.

Unless shorting the battery is not destroying it and I mis-understood.....which is possible.

Because warranties are there to help people with actual problems, not to assist in getting something for nothing. Theres a difference between legal and right.

If you are running a trolling motor find the amp draw on the unit and find a battery with high AMP hours and you get a longer lasting battery for a day on the water. Those batteries will work fine. I always get the warranty from Wal-Mart as well and have returned before with no issues.

Not kinda, it is stealing. Then the same people complain about high battery prices or poor quality batteries in a decent price range.

Bob is right!!!
Years ago Sears had a return policy of " Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back "
People would buy something, use it for what they needed, then simply return it.
Due to people taking advantage of this policy it went away, now all you get is
the manufacturers warranty.
