With all of these pros running so many electronics, are they using extra batteries? Water pumps, God knows how many graphs, lights, power poles, Hydrowave, etc. I don't see how they could go without some extra juice.

High AMP hour battery. Figure up how many running AMPs you use and you can figure how much battery you need. I have a 100 AMP/Hour battery and I can run lights, trolling motor, sonar and live well all day and night without recharge.

I have the same thing. I am not running ALL of the numerous electronics Joe Pro is using.

I run 4 batteries, two for the trolling motor and one for cranking and one for accessories. Don't have to be Joe Pro to be smart about power...and a Perko switch just makes it all very efficient and reliable. Batteries are relatively cheap...and being on the water without back-up isn't smart whether Pro or not.
