I have had my boat on grapevine for 2 years. The bass fishing is so bad (or at least I can't seem to get it going) I rarely go out even though it's only 10 minute from my house, hard to get stoked to get skunked. I am thinking of storing it closer to Ray Roberts or Texoma, and fish those instead.

You are right. 2014 & 2015 on GV was a bust. Now, will it come back? Most definitely, and should be better than ever. When? I would guess by 2017 the lake will be great, again. In the interim, find a place close to Lew and fish it for the next year. That lake has been showing itself well lately, and should continue to do so. GL!
