Depends on how fast you need them back. Southwestern is usually a 1-2 month turnaround time. Several guys here on the forum (including myself) also clean and service reels.

Southwest Parts and Service has a sign up that states, "if you want your reel tomorrow, then you should have dropped it of last month". It's not a joke. Nathan has cleaned my reels before and has done a great job! Half the price of Southwest as well.
