Although some of the lakes have re-opened, still a lot of water activity on lake Arlington. Love the company but will be happy when some of the folks go back. Some good bass over 7lbs have been being caught on the south end and near the cove on the FTW side of the island south of the concrete wall.

Activity around the new habitats are increasing, looking forward to see how they do after the spawn.

Bass boats are no problem, I have 8 lanes at Richard Simpson Park and 8 at Bowman Springs.

I will sure be glad when a lot of those jet skis leave. Some of them are flat out dangerous. And I have seen a yacht that belongs on a large lake or the coast. Was kind of funny to see him use the courtesy dock at Bowman Springs. Needed a step ladder to reach the deck. Left behind him and had to back off from that wake; good grief. Went down to the park this afternoon and the park was crowded; boat trailers everywhere. Some people need to learn how to park!

Put the plug in.

Haven't been there in awhile. Heard it is pretty good right now. It is known to be a tough lake to fish. Normally not a lot of numbers but fish of good size.

I have been fishing it for years. The key for me has been get started at day break and head south. The old lake has fish you just have to work for them.
