The Ray Hubbard Bass Club had our third tournament of the year on Saturday April 9th at Lake Ray Roberts. Ray Roberts has finally started to bust loose a bit a bunch of our guys caught them good including two bags over 25 pounds! Justin and Jeff Garrett won the tournament with 5 fish for 25.91 pounds that included a 7.70 beast that wasn't even good enough for big bass of the tournament! Another great turnout of 26 boats made the trip north for this one. Here are full results and pictures.



Tournament Director David Taylor and his partner Shawn Garber (let's face it, if your the partner of the TD, you're a TD too) weighed a solid limit.



Mitchel Bailey and Jeff Cartwright had 5 for 8.78

Kenny and Howard Bunch only weighed three fish, but one of them was a 7.29 toad.

RHBC President David Simmons and VP Jerry Brown had a solid limit for 15.10 that included a 6.33



Tony and Tommy Climer are always in the mix. 5 fish for 15.49

Brandon Putnam fishing solo had 5 for 17.29 to get fifth place. His bag included a 6.63 kicker that he said was his first fish of the day.



Fourth place went to Tom Blackshear and Tony Schnurr who weighed 5 for 19.61 pounds and included big bass of the tournament with an 8.53.

Third place went to the team of Frank Morales and Lucas Barrieutes with 5 for 20.09



Taking second place with a great bag of 5 for 25.04 were Jason Hunnicutt and Travis Reaves. Their bag was anchored by a 7.17 kicker!



Taking the win with 5 for 25.91 were Jeff and Justin Garrett. First RHBC victory for them. Congratulations guys!
