Anyone fishing the kayak classic on Broken Bow this weekend? I have registered and I am very excited. I have never been on this lake and I have never fished a kayak tournament but it should be a great weekend.

Broken Bow is a beautiful lake, with plenty of long, deep, protected coves for kayakers to get out of the wind if necessary. I have fished all over it in my bass boat, and I've caught largemouth, smallmouth, white bass, pickerel and walleye from it. If the weather holds up, you should have a great time!

Hey Matt, you want to ride up with me early Wed AM and pre fish a couple days. I used to SCUBA dive up there a lot, I can show you some good areas.
 I've never been good, But I've been Lucky! I don't Lie or Exaggerate, but sometimes I remember BIG!

I only seem to run across a hand full of catchable fish each week. If I pre-fish I might use up my quota for the week and zero out on Saturday. Haha
