I finally got the biggest fish at Peckham park. It was under a tree and I floated a piece of bread ans she came up and inhaled it. I knew that If I would have fought her on the rod I would have lost her in the brush so I handed the rod to my friend and grabbed it and wrestled it in. I didn't weigh it but somewhere I heard the US record was 24 lbs so I'm guessing this fish would beat that. What do you think?

This one was 23lb 10oz and I know of another that is over 24lb. Yours looks like it might be around 20lb

Keith's right, you have the length but you'll need more belly to approach the record. Still..that's an awesome fish! wait....do you rod & reel or noodle her to the bank?!?!

Very nice pb young man! Guys check out his bass whisperer video. He doesn't noodle them. That's for backwoods hillbillies. He's a fish whisperer.Just top notch. side note: I actually find hillpeople noodling fascinating. I may be a redneck!
