First problem is using Yahoo. Because they make you login, you can't use them for pics on the forum. Use a site like http://imageshack.us/
After you get it there, and you start to make your post, there is a button on the "post reply" page marked "image" click on it, and copy/paste the image url into the pop-up window.

I see it! Good luck with "myfishingpictures" It works more than it doesn't, but I've had trouble with their servers being down at times. Then they apparently messed up my password, and I can't even access my account. Instead of trying to email them, I just decided to move on.

why cant i take a jpg pic from my pictures in or on adobe and post them. this is getting really frustrating.

Texasfisher, you cannot post directly to this forum from your computer. You have to first upload them to a website that allows you to link to it from this site. Go here: http://imageshack.us/ and upload your jpg there from your computer. Then make note of the link they give you. This link will be posted here between [img] and [/img] using no spaces for the pic to show up here. Clear as mud?

ok.. i uploaded my pic to my hotmail account, then i did the [img] [/img]..thing and the pic came up fine when i went to preview post.. then i posted the picture and it came up fine... but when i left the site and came back it just shows the X inside the box thing. what's wrong??

ok.. i just tried it again in the test section and the pic came up fine but the pics that i posted the same way eariler still don't come up again.. any help making sense of this is greatly appreciated.

Hotmail requires you to log in to view. Try imageshack or photobucket. Hotmail, Yahoo, or any site that requires you to log-in to view will not work.
