it will depend on how many hatches you have in your boat , if you want us to remove your carpet , or if any wood needs to be replaced then fiberglassed over the new wood . alot of varibles goes into a total cost

derrick .... we have now perfectted the edges of hatches and the lips of the compartments that go down into the hatches . we still have to remove the lids because every boat we've done ( 7 ) in the past few months , we've found in all of em that the company puttin the boats together puts the carpet on the lids then install the hinges which leaves the carpet between the hinge and 1 edge of the lid . its a pain but has to be done to make it looks complete . give us a holler if you're still interested . Yes it does cost a bit more than carpet.. But you will love the results, Best money I have spent on my boat.And it is good for a life time.

well , we've been purty steady with boats this whole year . finally had a week off and got another 22 ft blue wave in yesterday for us to install our safe-floor flooring in . theres a couple of pics in this thread from one of our most in-depth projects we've completed and here's a couple of pics from another , 24 ft CC . This customer had put in some deck material you find at your local DIY store . We sanded all that out , re-gelcoated it with white instead of the off white that was in it , then we sprayed the new color of webbing on the new gelcoat , then applied our flooring . Just a couple of before and after pics of that boat . Dadgomit , havin problems uploadin them from my flashdrive . gotta upload em to my computer 1st , i guess . havent got time right now cause i need to get over to the shop and start removin the hardware from the blue wave boat . i'll get it figured and get em uploaded soon .

About how much weight do you think it will add to the Bluewave you are working on?

i'll get some pics of it , but hopefully i'll be able to get some pics posted of our past last 8 months . The epoxy and rubber adds approx. 14 oz per ft.. We put it down to 1/4 in. thick
