I told you folks when I bought the Fin and Feather Resort back last summer that I would try to give some periodic reports. Well, Fin and Feather guests tore it up this weekend. I hope I can figure out how to post some pics. Saturday was cold but we weighed in several nice ones including an 11.72 and this one that went 9.36  Today the weather was much warmer and this happy young man and his partner boated 8 fish all over 6 lbs including this beauty that went 12.57.  Come down and see us. The Bar and Grill is now open and the food is delicious if I do say so myself. Trunk

Sweet, It looks like they are about to start spawning. Toledo Bend is a great lake

Wow, those are two great fish !! wish I could make it down there in the next few weeks.
Looks like there may a SAL coming soon from the 'Bend.

I'll be there the first week of April for the LOBI. Hope my wife can get one like these. Maybe she will fish more often if she does.

Trunk, I am so glad to hear about someone buying Fin & Feather on Toledo. My wife and I were just talking about all the fishing I did there back in the 80's and 90's. When the family went, we always stayed at F&F Lodge.....great memories.

Those are some good looking fish and congrats on buying Fin N Feather. I ate there last week with a few clients, great food. The bend will be on fire the next few months.

Lmao that's what I figured my uncle said the fish were bitin but on traps and in a certain color...we'll see if it's that way in 4 days

Those are some hawgs right there!!! That 12 pounder looks like she's full of eggs. What are the water temps looking like? North, south or mid lake?
