been on a kick of eating good lately. (nudge from the doctor) got the book the "the paleo Manifesto" the other day seems like this will at least give me some options of what kind of food I like... Anyone know of this diet/healthy eating and have you tried it and what did you find out?

I am about 3/4 of the way to an all Paleo diet. I feel better, have more energy and its been great for me. Slowly trying to get to 100% but its hard not to have at least one thing that is processed.

yea me too but I was only able to get one deer in the freezer this year.... may have to get a pig as well

i'll be able to move us more into it once we get our little deep freeze back and can stock pile meats and fresh veggies

Makes perfect sense to be on that diet, the average life span of a caveman was about 22 years.

things where a bit more dicey back in those days.... I will pass on the processed food and embrace antibiotics... that should be good for a few more years than 22
