Any size at Welsh?

I just flat don't believe anyone is "smacking" them any where but. Not from Toho to Texas anyway.

I hear there's a lot of prefishing going on but not much sore lipping. Going to be a competitive year if that many members are interested in driving to one of the further destinations to prefish.

Why are you limiting the club to only 100 members?
I see on your website that you have 98 members as of 11-1-2013.

Have you exceeded that limit for this year?

If so, are applicants put on a waiting list?

That is a bylaw update from November that hasn't made it to the site yet. That was from a time when the 15 or so guys that have been around since day one ever imagined we'd grow to this point. In November we removed that cap.

98! Wow! That is awesome!

As I've said throughout the past two seasons, we're trying to create a club where both really great sticks and fishermen new to the sport can enjoy a good club atmosphere with a lot good times. We're growing, our tournaments are growing (over 25 boat average), but so is our impact on the local fishing scene. This year we'll show up in mass to staff and support the high school regional championship on our home lake in March, we'll host a Kid Fish event in June for kids who have never held a fishing rod, and in October we'll really turn out in support of the PVA.

If you're looking for a club that even Red Ranger will fish with occasionally and has as many as 15 father son teams, come check us out next Thursday night at BPS Garland. We won't turn you away and I apologize for the confusion.

I remember when this was a nice little Club. Now it's a great big Club. It has grown bigger and better as the years have progressed. You can't do better than the RHBC. Come on out and see what we are about next Thursday night!

Your beautiful immediate family would all qualify as members but would need by my count six to eight boats to compete. . Teams of two.

Thought the club was non-boater friendly?
