I've made this one a few times. While it "technically" doesn't have any sugar added, its plenty sweet and its got enough fruit juices added to it I would watch your sugars anyway.
Also it has the added bonus of there's no fake sweeteners to throw off the taste.
3 cups diced apples
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup apple juice concentrate
1/2 cup white grape juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add diced apples, raisins, currants, and apple juice into a small saucepan. Wash orange and finely grate peel into mixture. Squeeze juice from half the orange into saucepan. Stir, cover, and simmer until apples are soft.
When ready, add white grape juice, spices, and vanilla. Pour into crust and bake at 450 for 25 - 30 minutes.
