Hello all. If you haven't been out to Tyler State Park, do yourself a favor a make plans. This is easily one of the "go to" destinations for the kayak angler, particularly for those of you who want a complete experience: fishing, paddling, camping, scenery, wildlife, easy access without dangerous boat traffic, the list goes on. As usual, I have posted all of my photos here at TFF, but if you would like to read the full story you can head over to my website by clicking here. I may have bragged about PPF and LSC a little bit, just a warning. Congrats, guys. Hope everyone is doing well and catching some fish.

Love that place. Been going there for years. Its a great swimming hole in the summer too. That's where the picture of my kayak in my signature was taken

Dean,
You're very kind for the mention. I hope that as our sport evolves, an added category of outdoor photography is added to competitions. LSC and UDB both have consistently amazing photography and it's something I wish I had more of. Or could do. We need to plan a bloggers conference in the north like we had in Austin. Maybe a Brazos trip below Whitney.

Dean, As usual another awesome report. Tyler State Park is a really fun place to camp and fish easily withing driving distance of the metroplex. A lot of folks don't even know it's there. I really enjoy going there. Thanks for allowing me to enjoy it again vicariously!!!
