Hope to go in a few days

Last time I fished the walk in north of Hughes, the red squirmy was killing it. But that was a month ago and it was warm and sunny. I think when it gets cold and gloomy they want darker, smaller and deeper. I fished a zebra midge yesterday under a bugger, but it kept snagging so I scrapped it. With my "form", any time I add a dropper, it turns into an adventure.

"... Add Oklahoma Land Access Program (OLAP) regulations for walk-in hunting, fishing and stream access. OLAP is a program in development that will lease lands for public fishing and hunting access. New rules specific to OLAP are necessary to administer the program and enforce regulations.
