Crank I don't know why your worried about not being able to spay the deck down with carpet. I would use some 24oz marine carpet with padding on your set up. Your knees and back will thank you. Plus you should be able to cut it out very easy no hard corners to make or lids to carpet those are a pita.

I have used the Tuff Coat on 3 different boats now, twice on aluminum and once on plywood.I really like the stuff, but it requires good prep work or will peel up later...Not sure if it would ever stick to plastic surfaces.(Is that what yours is,plastic or fiberglass?) Oh,and another thing...It's not real friendly to your knees, either.

If you used good quality carpet I think you could still car wash it off. It lasts a lots of years on bunks. And with such a flat surface it shouldn't be too big a pain to replace when you need to. I love your rig dude.
On another note, that water looks like motor oil. LOL Is it just stained that color or is it that cloudy?

135 for carpet and glue I have the 20oz but with you not having lids you could easily use the 24oz. You could do your boat in half a day I bet.
