This one looks pretty good. One of the great things aboult living in a Commonwealth is the ease of obtaining a CCL and the Open Carry friendly environment, especially among LEO's.

Ya'll got any favorites? In the market for one.

ruger lcp for a pocket 380, makarov for a little larger 380 and the glock 23 .40 for my personal overall favorite. small of the back or on the hip for the glock and makarov, pocket for the lcp.

this is why I like the lcp.

That exposed trigger doesn't concern you in your pocket hoppy? Back pocket or front pocket?

back pocket in jeans, front in shorts.
the wallet in jeans is pretty easy to draw, shorts you got to make sure of the trigger/finger hole but not a big deal really, I carry it so its pointed to the front and can get it out pretty quick. and the wallet holster makes it a lot easier to shoot too.

Kel Tec P-3AT for the win. Can conceal with nearly any clothing. Cheap in case you have to use it and it gets confiscated. You can get it in multiple frame and slide colors. Company has great warranty service in case you ever have an issue.

Currently carrying a Colt New Agent in .45 ACP. It's a limited edition with XS big dot sights on it.

If I can talk the wife into it I'd like to get a Springfield Armory XDs in .45 ACP.

I've been very happy with my Sig Sauer P238 for years. Every member of my family has one now. The wallet holster is a really nice purchase as well.

Walther PPS in a Don Hume pancake holster. I carry it EVERYWHERE and never have any issues. It's comfortable and thin enough to disappear under a t shirt.

I still need to get my CHL, but I've been eyein' that Ruger LCP for when I do. I think a fullsize Colt Government Model 1911 .45 would be a little hard to conceal on the hip.

I have same set-up. Depending on where I am going dictates my carry model. I also have the S&W Shield (9mm.) I us in a IWB holster.

My ONLY problem is long trigger pull on the Ruger. Need to get it adjusted.

I have the same Ruger LCP as Hop, however I have a DeSantis inside the pocket holster. Its a minimal carry gun in .380acp. If you get right down to it, I see no need for a big bulky gun in 9mm or larger when the chances of really, really needing it are pretty slim. My truck gun, is a Taurus CIA model .357 hammerless revolver.

I'd prefer a long trigger pull on a pocket gun. For some reason, pocket carry makes me a little nervous. I feel like the gun isn't secure enough for me.

The trigger pull on the LCP/KT P-3AT is intentionally long and heavy to avoid accidental discharge. It's a carry pistol with no safety.

I actually typically carry without one in the chamber unless I'm in a dangerous area. Just not worth the risk of pulling a Plaxico to me. It takes half a second to rack the slide.

Taurus TCP. Wife has a LCP and it's nice, but the TCP is $100 less, new, and is dang near identical. They both operate flawlessly and have 10 round mags and carry mediums available.

.380 ain't the best round ever, but the guns are getting more reliable as they become more common. I'm looking forward to somebody making a 3+1 round micro repeater in .380.

I reeeeeeeally miss my NAA Mini .22 mag. Shouldn't have swapped it off, but I'm liable to get another one some day. I think I'd rather have it than my TCP. Well, I'd rather have it AND my TCP!

Grandpa, that's one you should look into. Five round revolver, so tiny you could have it in a shirt pocket and nobody'd notice it. If they noticed it, they wouldn't think it was a gun. I know five rounds of single action .22 mag ain't a lot, but it's super safe to carry and if it was in your front pocket it'd go with you everywhere.

Dadgummit! I told Mrs Chad I was done buying guns and now y'all have talked me into getting a NAA .22!
