How would a peddle drive work out in the Trinity? Think I could make the trip in my mariner? I was at rock-the river last Thursday and it was very deep in the middle. Couldn't touch the bottom at all.

River is anywhere from 8-15ft around the middle and can get deeper around some of the bridges. Banks are usually 1-4ft. AS long as you have a cart to get it down to the launch you will be fine. Also have never seen a dead body or a car in any of the stretches I fish. Now trash on the other hand....

I wasn't serious about the dead bodies etc. Just a shame how the trinity is mis treated.

If this is accurate and my Outback would be okay, I'd be up for this if I don't have a scheduling conflict. I have a final on Saturday, after that I'll have a few weeks to get some fishing in before the Fall. I want to fish the Trinity further East and chase some monster gar...
