Here's the question..I live in Alvord and real tired of fishing the LBJ lakes, is anyone willing to show me the ropes and where I might put in to fish the Trinity?

I can show you the nature center, which is the Trinity, but its more of a feeder. Its a great 3-5 mile paddle, and good fishing during the cooler months. The fish tend to push out into the main lake during the warmer months. If we can get an open invite to the Trinity, I'd be up for that too.

I'm not really sure where Alvord is. How far of a drive is that for you to the Keller area?

If you were further south I could show you the Trinity down here in Fort Worth. Or if you didn't mind the drive.

I've fished the trinity in your area-we've put in a couple different places thru private access. I'm pretty sure right now you'll be dragging more than paddling! Still, I'll ask and find out what options may exist for river access. There are a couple bridges that I remember but access is very rough and steep.
