Well guys we have been tipped off on one of the Best Hybrid Lakes in the Southeast with very light boat traffic

This is new water for me and Lee so anyone that would like to share tips they would be much appreciated. From these three videos that were released almost a year to the day of our trip, we learned there are some nice fish that can be caught slabs, spoons, and crappie jigs.

The plan is to launch at sun up 7/13/13(unless anyone wants to start earlier or camp out on Fri)

Tony Parker (guide) is the man out there. I'd love to tag along some time. Will be fishing NTKT that day. I've got a small weekend place not ten minutes from there but yet to be on that lake.

If I can work it out I will happy to join you. I will get back to you later in the week. I was out there this past week end and they were a little off. We managed to catch a few early and late. Redshadworm is right about Tony Parker, he is always on them somehow.

That's a 2 1/2 hr drive for me. Let me know if you have a COP & stay closer to DFW

Just FYI:
The south state park is cheep and offers both primitive and cabin for the weekend as well as day picnic areas. Their ramps are pretty nice and vehicles will Be more safe inside the park.

$95 a night for up to 4 persons.

check in at 3, check out at 11am. 1 bedroom, 2 double beds, up to 4 people + $10 for each extra person up to 6.

I'm putting my name down for a cabin. I would like to split this with people to get the cost down.

I have a cabin reserved for friday and saturday nights. If anyone wants to join, we can split the cost. As I am putting the reservation on my card, you would pay me your cut of the total cost, and we can have an enjoyable weekend!
